Enroll in one of our introductory On-Ramp Programs
If you’ve never done CrossFit before, we’ll have you start by completing our introductory On-Ramp program so that you can be introduced to and can practice the movements we use in classes while in a small group setting. Our On-Ramp program schedule can be found HERE. Click on the “ON-RAMP” tab to find a class time which works with your schedule. The course you select will meet at that time on two designated days for two weeks. Upon completion of the program, you will be ready to join our regular CrossFit classes with a FREE week of unlimited classes!

Select a membership option
After completing our On-Ramp program, you’ll join our friendly and welcoming members in classes! Auto-draft membership options are offered at a 2 times per week, 3 times per week, and an unlimited class visit level. Discounts are offered for paying up-front on twelve month contracts too!
Have a busy or unpredictable schedule? No worries! We also offer a 10-class pass which can be used at any time within a year of purchase.
