Division St. CrossFit’s On-Ramp program is a two week, four session course which introduces new athletes to all of the major CrossFit movements in a small group setting. Each class is limited in size to ensure ample coaching attention.

Upon completion of our On-Ramp program, enjoy one week of unlimited CrossFit classes

for FREE!

All athletes new to CrossFit are required to complete our On-Ramp program.

Division St. CrossFit members: refer a friend and receive an extra two weeks of your current contract when they sign up for a monthly membership! Refer two friends and receive three additional weeks to your current contract!! Refer three or more friends and receive up to four weeks to your current contract!!!

 

Drop-Ins

Are you an out-of-towner looking to fit a WOD in at some point during your stay? Drop-ins for experienced CrossFitters are available for you.
