Division St. CrossFit’s individualized programming services are the solution to addressing our clients’ specific and personal needs. No matter what your goal is, we have multiple pathways to reaching it. Individual programming can be achieved through single or multiple 60-minute Personal Training sessions, Accessory Programming to support the training provided in our CrossFit classes, as well as Remote Programming for those unable to attend our CrossFit classes. 60-minute Personal Training

Personal training is the most effective way to achieve individualized attention and training. Single personal training sessions can be used to complete that day’s CrossFit training under one-on-one supervision by one of our qualified coaches OR to become more comfortable with specific movements through review and adjustment of technique. Multiple session packages can be used for individualized programming based on the needs of the client as reviewed during a consultation session. 1 single-session: $60 – Members-only* pricing: $40

4 session package: $220 ($55/session)

8 session package: $400 ($50/session)

12 session package: $540 ($45/session)

*Members-only pricing applies only for individuals on an active and current reoccurring monthly auto-draft membership.

 

4-week Accessory Programming

We believe Division St. CrossFit’s programming to be balanced and capable of supporting our clients’ pursuit to achieve personal health and fitness goals of all kinds. But we also appreciate the desire of our clients to pursue additional, specific results. Looking for that elusive first strict pull-up? Ready to take that next step toward a muscle-up? What about a double bodyweight back squat? How about shaving seconds off of your next 5k? Regardless of what you want to achieve, Accessory Programming is the answer.

2 accessory sessions/week: $39

3 accessory sessions/week: $55

4 accessory sessions/week: $68

*Accessory programming may be completed during Open Gym sessions as well as during the 7 am, 6:30 pm, and 7:30 pm weekday classes. Only members who have been provided Accessory Programming may take advantage of Open Gym during those class times. No alternative programming may be performed during the 6 am and 5:30 pm weekday classes.

 

 

4-week Remote Programming

Born from necessity, our remote programming offerings were designed to address the fitness needs of a former member whose schedule made attending classes too challenging. The client returned to us based on the trust we established previously to build a safe and effective program to address their goals. While our Remote Programming services include in-person training sessions, this product may also be suitable for former members who have moved out of our neighborhood as well as to friends and family of current or former members who have recommended Division St. CrossFit as a solution to their fitness goals. Remote programming is performed in 4-week plans and includes 3 to 4 workouts per week depending on the client and the coach’s recommendation. Nutritional guidance/education is provided upon request.
