CrossFit:

Varied, functional movements done at high intensity. The CrossFit class focuses on the Workout of the Day as posted on our website www.DivisionStCrossFit.com. The workouts are scaled and modified to each athlete’s level and performed at the highest intensity that the individual can sustain with good form and proper technique.

Olympic Weightlifting:

These classes will be centered around the classic lifts (snatch and clean & jerk) and squats but the programming will vary from class to class. These Olympic Weightlifting classes are intended for members of ALL skill, experience, and interest levels. Whether you are new to CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting or have years of experience under your belt, we encourage you to attend these classes.

Open Gym:

Make up a missed workout, work on your weaknesses, or just come in to do your own programming – Open Gym is available from 8 am to noon and then again from 1 to 5:30 pm on weekdays for you to come use the gym however you need. Open Gym is also available on Sundays from 10 am to 1 pm.
