I wish I could say I had a 315 deadlift, but that was definitely Allison. Feel free to keep telling people I’m that strong though, JJ :)

    • JJ Christopher

haha i meant to put that as a PR goal for next month! good catch

      FIXED!

      • Burkey

Do you mean a PR goal for next month in 5 years?

        • JJ Christopher

ok ok. let’s compromise. how about next year? ;P

talk to joey tonight about the diet necessary to get you there. if you like pints of ice cream and bags of hint of lime tortilla chips then it might actually be realistic haha

          • Burkey

I’m not sure about those things simultaneously, but separately, this could work

          • JJ Christopher

you might be right but we better consult the expert. i’ll warn you though, he might start talking about scotch, lions, katanas, forging, and the Bulgarians.

          • Allison D

Hey wait just one second. No ice cream or tortilla chips were consumed in the pursuit of 315.

            But scotch is totally necessary.

  2. Burkey

I’ve heard plenty about the others, but the lions are new. This could get interesting

  3. joey

There’s always more to hear Burkey girl. The pursuit of truth is a life long endeavor, as is the road to a true understanding of the forging lifestyle. I’m just further along than most, A patriarch of the lifestyle if you will.

2015: Sharpening our steel, beards, scotch, WWTBD, and lions.

I like that you were clued in on the conversation happening about you on today’s blog. Also, the combination of that photo and your comment is pure gold.

      • JJ Christopher
