Fitober Fest 2013 has concluded and I couldn’t be happier for our athletes. For most of them this was their first foray into competition and if not, their first attempts at new movements in competition. Regardless of finish, there were a ton of positives as well as opportunities for improvement to take away from the event. Keep your heads held high knowing you worked hard with integrity.
